Agreeing to these terms

Reviva is a photo-restoration app published by SolusMakers ("Reviva", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, signing in to, or using Reviva, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reviva. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Reviva with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

Your account

You sign in to Reviva with Apple. You're responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID and device secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Your photos and content

The photos you bring to Reviva stay yours. You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the restored results Reviva creates for you. By uploading a photo, you give us the limited permission we need to process it — to store it briefly, send it to our AI providers, and create and deliver your restoration. We claim no ownership of your images.

By using Reviva, you confirm that:

• you own the photos you upload, or you have the right to restore them;
• your photos and use of the app don't break the law or infringe anyone else's rights, including privacy and copyright.

Acceptable use

Reviva is for restoring the photos and memories you have a right to. You agree not to use it to:

• upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that harasses or harms others;
• process images of other people without their consent, or create misleading or deceptive imagery of real individuals;
• infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, our AI providers, or our credit limits.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

About AI results

Reviva uses AI to restore, colorize, and enhance photos. Because these results are generated automatically, they are interpretations — colors, details, and faces may not exactly match the original, and quality varies with the source image. We provide results on an "as is" basis and can't guarantee they'll meet every expectation. Please don't rely on a restored image as a factual record of a person or event.

Free tries and Reviva Pro

New accounts include a small number of free restorations so you can try Reviva. After those are used, unlimited restorations require a Reviva Pro subscription.

• Reviva Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown before you buy.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the current period.
• If your plan includes a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their terms. Refund requests are subject to their policies, not ours.

Service and changes

We work hard to keep Reviva running, but we can't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may add, change, or remove features, modes, or limits, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service over time. Where a change materially affects you, we'll aim to give reasonable notice.

Our intellectual property

Reviva — including the app, this website, our name, logo, and design — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don't give you any right to use our brand or software except to use the app as intended.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reviva is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reviva and SolusMakers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or images, arising from your use of the app. Because your original photos live on your own device, please keep your own copies — Reviva is not a backup service. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Your responsibility

You agree to cover reasonable costs and claims that arise from your misuse of Reviva or your breach of these terms, including uploading content you didn't have the right to use.

Termination

You can stop using Reviva at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify its data as described in our Privacy Policy, except where we're required to keep certain records.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory laws of your home country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Reviva grows. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Reviva after an update means you accept the revised terms.
